AN EXPERIENCE WITH REFERENCE PROFESSIONALS FROM THE AREAS OF THE POST-PRODUCTION OF PORTUGUESE CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL.

The introduction of digital technology has opened up new challenges and possibilities to filmmaking. New equipment, professional functions, models of teams and methods emerge. In the face of the requirement in the definition of post-production processes, specific to artistic creation, film post-production has become integrated since preparation, originating new collaborative processes between the different professional areas of production, image, assembly and sound. New approaches and possibilities have been created in the area of achievement, leading to the current paradigm transition from film practices. A pathway through the post-production universe with reference professionals.

The Postgraduate in Digital Post-Production of Cinema bets on contact with the active medium of Cinema, with the focus on modules run by guest professionals and in the collaboration with companies. Directed to the learning and domain of the (workflow) chain of digital post-production, develops, among others:

• knowledge shared in the various areas involved in the technical process of post-production;

• the practice of collaboration and intersection between the areas involved;

• understanding of the material and conceptual processes and challenges, your future trends and developments;

• space for reflection on new work models.

The course thus offers specialized training within the framework of the management of digital post-production in cinema, promoting a laboratory dynamics. Among the professionals who will intervene in the Post-Graduate School, please include: Branko Neskov, Brown Grace, Henrique Fialho, Hugo Leitão, José André, Leonardo Simões, Marcos Castiel, Nuno Bhear, Paulo Américo, Pedro Filipe Marques, Pedro Ribeiro e Sandro Aguilar.

Recipients

This postgraduate is intended for Superior and / or professional Course holders from areas of cinema, audiovisual or other related areas, interested in acquiring and developing knowledge and skills in the creation, management, and application of digital technology in cinema.

With 15 vacancies available and with the duration of 2 semesters, the course regime will be presential.

Candidacy for Graduate course: € 53

The payment of the application fee is effected through a means   of payment obtained   in the  application portal, after the formalization of the candidature.

Propina: € 2,350 euros

Paga   in 10 monthly installments.
